All plan prices are billed in Brazilian reais (R$ / BRL). Changing the interface language does not change the currency. Outside Brazil, pay the equivalent via international transfer; Ops validates using the day's exchange rate.
Up to 3 vehicles
100% Free
Ideal for freelancers and small businesses to try.
Transparency: on every plan (free or paid) the team uses the same roles — ADMIN, GESTOR, and ENTREGADOR — on the same login. Plans differ only by vehicle limit. ADMIN sets the role when creating the user; changing a role later is in progress — see the Roadmap. See access roles
Access roles
Everyone signs in on the same login. What changes is the role in the company — not the plan. Every plan uses ADMIN, GESTOR, and ENTREGADOR; plans differ only by vehicle limit.
ADMIN
Runs the organization: creates users, issues invites, operates the fleet, and opens reports plus LGPD audit.
GESTOR
Operates the fleet (vehicles, fueling, maintenance, drivers, trips) and opens reports, but cannot manage users or invites.
ENTREGADOR
Uses day-to-day operational screens (dashboard and fleet routines), without the admin menu or reports.
ADMIN sets the role when creating the user. Changing a role later is in progress — see the Roadmap. See the Roadmap
Payment methods
Plans with more than 3 vehicles (P5, P10 and CORPORATE) are billed monthly in Brazilian reais (R$). In Brazil use Pix; outside Brazil, international ACH/Wire for the R$ equivalent — Ops validates with the day's exchange rate. In both cases send the receipt on WhatsApp or Telegram (same Cara-Core number): Ops unlocks access. The plan does not activate by itself.
We do not use credit cards at signup or checkout.
We do not process cards and we do not store card data.
Path 1 — payment in Brazil (Pix)
1On the plan checkout (P5, P10 or CORPORATE), use the Brazil — Pix section.
2Send a Pix for the plan amount in Brazilian reais (R$) to the Cara-Core CNPJ key shown on the screen.
3If signed in, confirm the request on checkout to register the order.
4Send the receipt on Cara-Core WhatsApp or Telegram (same number). The team validates and unlocks or renews the plan.
Path 2 — international payment (ACH / Wire)
1On the plan checkout, use the International — ACH / Wire section (outside Brazil).
2Transfer the equivalent of the plan amount in Brazilian reais (R$), using the day's exchange rate, to the global account (beneficiary, account number and ACH or Wire routing).
3If signed in, confirm the request on checkout to register the order.
4Send the receipt on WhatsApp or Telegram with tenant, plan and the R$ reference amount. The team validates and unlocks or renews access.
It depends on whether you still have the recovery key. Two simple paths.
Path 1 — I still have my recovery key
1On the login screen, tap «Forgot password / recovery key».
2Enter your email, your current recovery key, and choose a new password.
3The system will update your password and generate a new recovery key. Your old key becomes invalid.
4Store the new key safely. Then log in using your new password.
Path 2 — I lost my recovery key
1There is no automatic reset without the recovery key. Contact support at suporte@caracore.com.br.
2Send the account email and, if possible, a government-issued ID or national tax identification number for the organization.
3Support will validate your identity (official email and/or identity document) and only then unlock temporary access.
4You receive a temporary password and a new recovery key — store the new key immediately and change the password when you sign in.
Transparent partnership
You start today with fleet management: vehicles, fuel, maintenance, drivers, trips, and reports. We show what is already included, what we are improving now, and what comes later — with a clear status. No selling a GPS tracker as if it already existed.
This is our visible agreement: anything not marked as available is not yet part of what you pay for. If a date changes, this page changes with it. We would rather delay a feature than promise what we cannot deliver.

Frequently asked questions
A quick guide to what CaraCore CSO does, the main rules, and privacy. Payment, roles, and access recovery are in the sections above.
What does the system do?
It is a fleet management system for your company (or you as a sole operator): vehicles, fueling, maintenance, team users, reports, and LGPD compliance. Each organization keeps its data isolated from others.
How do plans and vehicle limits work?
You start free with up to 3 vehicles (FREE_3) — there is no separate trial. Above 3 vehicles the plan is billed monthly in Brazilian reais (R$). You can upgrade to 5 (R$ 5/month), 10 (R$ 10/month), or corporate with up to 50 (R$ 49/month). The limit counts all vehicles in the organization (active, in maintenance, or inactive). Paid plans use Pix in Brazil or an international transfer of the R$ equivalent — see the Payment methods section.
Two paths: (1) free signup at /cadastro, or (2) activation with an invite code. Then you set a password, save the recovery key, accept the LGPD terms, and may register the first vehicle. After that you reach the dashboard.
What is the recovery key?
It is a unique code in the format CSO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, generated when the account is created. The system shows it once and stores only a hash — Cara-Core staff cannot read your key later. It replaces email or SMS for password reset. Keep it somewhere safe (file, vault, or password manager).
I forgot my password — what should I do?
It depends on whether you still have the recovery key. See the two paths in Recover access.
If the subscription expires, access is blocked until renewal.
Billing is always in Brazilian reais (R$ / BRL), regardless of the UI language. There is no trial: up to 3 vehicles is free; above that, payment is monthly in R$. Outside Brazil, pay the equivalent via international transfer; Ops validates using the day's exchange rate.
Can I have more than one user in the same company?
Yes. An administrator can invite or create users with roles (admin, manager, or driver). Each person uses their own email and password. Reports and admin areas follow each person's role.
What are the access roles (ADMIN, GESTOR, and ENTREGADOR)?
Everyone signs in on the same login page (/login); what changes is the user's role in the company. ADMIN runs the organization: creates users, issues invites, operates the fleet, and opens reports plus LGPD audit. GESTOR operates the fleet (vehicles, fueling, maintenance, drivers, trips) and opens reports, but cannot manage users or invites. ENTREGADOR uses day-to-day operational screens (dashboard and fleet routines), without the admin menu or reports. ADMIN sets the role when creating the user under Users (/admin/usuarios); afterward you can only activate or deactivate the account — there is no screen to change the role later.
The customer company is the Controller of fleet data; Cara-Core Informática acts as the Processor/Operator of the SaaS. On first access a representative accepts the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (clickwrap), with date, IP and version logged. Each organization's data is isolated (multi-tenant) and is not sold.
Do I need to provide a tax ID or government-issued ID?
At signup the tax ID / government-issued ID is optional but recommended. It helps identify the organization and may be requested by support if you lose the recovery key. The document country is chosen separately from the UI language.
What is included now — and what is not yet?
The CSO you buy today is fleet management: vehicles, fuel, maintenance, drivers, trips, reports, and privacy (LGPD), billed in Brazilian reais. Through October 2026 we improve screens, role changes, and odometer/inactive-vehicle rules — in the same product, with no extra fee. Through Q1 2027 we complete fleet management (km/L, vehicle documents for the organization’s country — IPVA in Brazil and the equivalent tax elsewhere —, tires, toxicology/fines, and cost per km) — that is not live yet. From 2027, in stages, come QR journeys on the corporate plan, a driver app without GPS, an offline management app, and a door for automations. GPS and maps are a separate product, planned for 2028. Each item’s status is on the Roadmap on this page.
